of Toronto - Official Plan
In November of 2002 City Council approved an Official
Plan for Toronto, which was then approved in part by
the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing in March 2003.
This
plan outlines how Toronto will grow over the next 3 decades.
The
plan includes special provisions for what have been termed
'Avenues' - and St Clair West is one of these 'Avenues'.
It
is our understanding that the Official
Plan will therefore have a significant role in the future
of St Clair West and the Ridge and so we have dedicated
an area of our News & Views section to it, in so far
as it relates the communities we serve
