Yacoumidis There are three partners involved in conducting the Environmental Assessment (EA) examining improvements to transit service on St Clair West, namely - The City of Toronto (City) - The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) - Marshall Macklin Monaghan (MMM) The latter is the consultant hired by the City to actually conduct the project. They, in turn, have hired sub-contractors to address specific aspects of the project, including: - Hardy Stevenson and Associates To faciliate the public consultations, including the first round of public meetings - ????? To address urban design considerations ? - ????? To study economic impacts, including an analysis of the impacts of the Spadina streetcar dedicated right-of-way
